Home, for the life you want now

Home means something different to everyone — comfort, independence, a place that feels entirely your own. Hayloft Big Creek is built around all of it: brand-new, cottage-style rental homes on walkable streets, with the ease of low-maintenance living and connection whenever you want it.

Hayloft Big Creek is a pet-friendly, professionally managed neighborhood with front doors and front porches, designed for active adults 55+ in Alpharetta, GA — all the comfort of a home of your own without the responsibilities of owning one, and a refreshing alternative to conventional 55+ apartments. We take the headache out of living in your own home, so the only thing left to do is relax and enjoy life — the neighbors, the gatherings, and a community that's easy to belong.
