Qualifying Rental Criteria

Touring: Government issued I.D is required to tour.

Income: Income verification is required during the application process. 

Credit/Criminal: Unsatisfactory credit may require additional deposit & criminal background checks are required.

One-Time Expenses

Application Fee:  $35 per applicant (non refundable)

Deposit: $300 one time (refundable, at application)

Security Deposit: Up to one month rent, amount determined at application approval

Pet Fee: $50

Monthly Utilities & Services

Lifestyle Fee: $50

Utility Fee: $30

$50 Monthly Pet Rent (per pet)

Community Amenity Fee

Mandatory Monthly $30 per month

Service Fee (Trash/Pest)

Mandatory Monthly Water/Sewer Billed Monthly

Metered Based on Individual Usage
